The Brodskys are the ultimate musical explorers. They have worked with top musicians in almost every field of music imaginable, and this concert is no different. The 21-stringed African harp-lute Kora will share the stage in a wonderful piece written for Kora and Quartet. The quartet also perform Jegede’s celebrated work arising from their acclaimed Opus 18 project. This really is a crossing over of musical sound worlds and promises some extremely exotic musical moments. The evening will begin with a special solo performance by local Kora player Jali Fily Cissokho.
