See All Concerts > City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra
When the CBSO, under its principal conductor Andris Nelsons, performed here in February 2010 one of our board remarked that it was ‘the most exciting concert I have ever been to’; some accolade from such a seasoned concert-goer. Here with a programme including another Tchaikovsky symphony partnering Brahms’ magnificent 1st piano concerto the CBSO will no doubt show their inimitable style again.
This marvellous orchestra combined with Grimaud’s transcendent playing should offer another night for you, and our board, to remember.
