We are so delighted to see the Philharmonia back again to close this season, and with what a programme! An English summer feast with an English conductor and leading English soloist to add to the mix. Julian Lloyd Webber’s recording of the Delius cello Concerto was described as ‘a version to treasure’ in Gramophone Magazine, a plaudit not often offered and hard to ignore. Martyn Brabbins and the Philharmonia have a strong affinity for this repertoire and the combination of orchestra, conductor and soloist should allow us to leave the Sheldonian for this season in great style.

All tickets are posted up to five days before a concert. After this, they can be collected from the box office at the event.
