Where do I collect my tickets from?
The venue Box Office, open one hour before the start time.
What happens if I lose my concert tickets/they did not arrive in the post?
Tickets can be reprinted, please telephone 0870 7500659. In addition we hold a record of all ticket holders at the venue Box Office if you are unable to contact us beforehand.
The tickets I want are sold out. Is there a waiting list?
Yes. Please phone 0870 7500659 to join.
What does ‘unnumbered’ mean on my ticket?
You are guaranteed a seat in your chosen price-band but not a specific numbered one.
My tickets says ‘unnumbered’ but then gives a number – why?
In order for our computer to print the area it prints a numbered reference – please ignore this!
What does ‘unsighted’ mean?
We cannot guarantee any view of the performers.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
On concert days the venue Box Office will be open one hour before the start time.
Why is there no OAP discount?
Too many people would qualify so ticket prices would only have to be raised to accommodate.
Are there any booking fees?
No. We charge 50p for postage if you require your tickets to be sent in advance.
Can you take credit card payments on the door?
No.

Is there a dress code?
No.
How long do the concerts last?
Usually around two hours; finish times can be found on the individual concert's web page.

How early do I need to arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start time. Where seats are unnumbered we advise arriving 20-30 minutes before the concert starts in order to get the best choice. Please allow plenty of time for travel (and park) as Oxford gets very busy.
Are concerts suitable for children?
We regret that we cannot admit babies or children under the age of 6; many concerts are suitable for children above the age of 6.
What happens if I am late?
You will be admitted during an appropriate break in the performance. You are unlikely to sit in your actual seat until after the interval.
I left something at one of your concerts – who should I contact?
If we find lost property items we usually leave them with the venue staff.
Will there be an interval?
Yes (20 minutes).
Is there a bar?
No.

Is there disabled access at the venues?
All venues have level access and disabled toilet facilities.
Is there a hearing loop?
The Sheldonian Theatre and St. Aldate's Church have hearing loop facilities. Reception at St. Aldate’s Church is limited so please advise at time of booking and we will make sure you are seated in an appropriate place.
Can I get a copy of your brochure in large print?
