Music at Oxford's internet booking service is run by Tickets.com. All online purchases are co-ordinated by their computers which select the best tickets available. All tickets are posted up to five days before a concert. After this, they can be collected from the box office at the event.

Tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of a sold-out or cancelled concert. Tickets are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to change the advertised programme, but will do our best to post any changes on this website.

Sponsors and those with disabilities are entitled to reserved seats in unnumbered areas, allocated at the discretion of Music at Oxford.

Music at Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission. We regret that children under 6 years old cannot be admitted.

Lost or destroyed tickets can be re-printed by telephoning 01865 244806.

Concessions and Discounts: Only one concession can be applied to a ticket. Concessions and discounts cannot be combined. Please note that the same number of tickets per concert must be booked in one transaction for any of the discounts to be applied to the ticket.

Season Discount: you can split your payment with no interest charge or fees (available for bookings totalling £100 and over). We'll also give you the flexibility to exchange ticket for another concert or credit within the season (exchanges/credit available up to a week before the event). The Season Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or concessions.
