Buying your tickets Ticket collections Our pop-up box office at the venue will open 1 hour before the concert for collections and purchases We will ask you for your last name for collection No booking reference or printed ticket is required for collections If you have opted for an e-Ticket you will not need to collect a physical ticket You can also buy additional tickets and hand in any returns at the pop-up box office Posted tickets You will be able to have your tickets posted to you up to a week before the event After this point, only tickets for collection or e-Tickets will be available for purchase If you have paid for your tickets to be posted but have not received them within two weeks of the purchase date then please call the box office NB: We keep a record of all purchased tickets for each concert and will be able to provide you with a replacement ticket at the pop-up box office if necessary Sold out concerts / seating areas When seating areas are sold out we will open a waiting list You can add yourself to the waiting list online or by calling the box office number If you have tickets that you cannot use, we may be able to re-sell them for you to the people on our waiting list Unreserved areas When you book in an unreserved area you are able to choose your seat in that area The area does not have rows or seat numbers We do not over-sell unreserved areas; if you have paid for this area you are guaranteed a seat Restricted view These are seating areas or seats which might have an obscured view Please feel free to ask for more details about a specific concert Booking fees We absorb transaction fees and do not charge you a booking fee either over the phone, online or at the pop-up box office Postage is optional and is charged at 75p per booking Attending our concerts Dress code There is no dress code We suggest that you consider the venue and time of year when attending our concerts When to arrive Doors open 30 minutes before the concert start time For unreserved seating areas, you may wish to arrive early to find a seat that you will enjoy for the whole evening If you are collecting or buying tickets at the pop-up box office, please allow plenty of time to make your way to your seats We suggest arriving no later than 15 minutes before the concert start time Children Children aged six and above are more than welcome at our concerts; there is however no minimum age restriction at the Family Christmas Carol Concert We offer any under 18s 50% off the ticket price in all seating areas Latecomers We strongly advise against arriving late as we are limited to admitting latecomers at the artist’s discretion If admittance would cause too much disruption, you might not be admitted until the interval If the concert does not have an interval we may have to deny you entry Lost property You are welcome to log any lost property with us and we will do our best to find the item for you Alternatively, you can contact the venue staff directly, who will keep any lost property at the venue Access Please book your tickets over the phone so that we can make sure your needs are met as closely as possible for each concert All of the venues we use have disabled access and some have a hearing loop Large Bags Music at Oxford operates mainly in historic buildings, some of which have restricted access and no cloakroom facilities. For this reason, and in the interests of security, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any concert-goer who attempts to bring large bags, cases, rucksacks or other types of container to any concert. Any decision to refuse entry shall be at the absolute discretion of Music at Oxford’s management. Terms & Conditions Tickets cannot normally be refunded, and may only be refunded in the case of resale by Music at Oxford or in the case of a cancelled concert. Tickets bought with the Season Discount may be exchanged for credit or another concert in the 2018-19 season up to a week before the concert. Music at Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission to any concert, and to remove audience members from any concert in the case of poor behaviour or failure to comply with the requests of concert staff. We regret that children under 6 years old cannot be admitted, except when otherwise stated (eg: the Family Christmas Carol Concert). Music at Oxford reserve the right to refuse admission to any concert-goer who attempts to bring large bags, cases, rucksacks or other types of container to any concert. Any decision to refuse entry shall be at the absolute discretion of Music at Oxford’s management. All information is correct at the time of going to press; we reserve the right to change the advertised programme, venue or artist(s). Music at Oxford reserves the right to cancel without refund for matters beyond its reasonable control. Patrons, sponsors, and those with disabilities or limited mobility are entitled to reserved seats which are allocated at the discretion of Music at Oxford. Only one discount will be applied to any given ticket. Season Discounts of 15% apply to bookings of six or more concerts within any given brochure. The same number of tickets per concert must be booked in one transaction.
