About Christ Church Cathedral Music at Oxford uses a variety of different venues in the city and has been holding Christmas carol concerts at Christ Church Cathedral for many years. The cathedral not only brings a magical atmosphere but a very real tradition to festivities at this time of year. The cathedral itself carrying the voices of the Christ Church Cathedral Choir into every fibre of the stonework and the audiences that enjoy the music. Please familiarise yourself with the layout and know that our stewards will be on hand to direct you on the night. Music at Oxford sometimes uses the cathedral for other very special occasions. The disabled access is through the West Door (main cathedral entrance) and our stewards will usher you through to your seats. There are toilets in the cloisters adjoining the cathedral and a disabled toilet in the quod. The disabled toilet is kept locked so please speak to an MaO steward if you require access.
