Our Terms and Conditions are listed below.

• Music at Oxford reserves the right to cancel without refund for matters beyond its reasonable control. If the government requires organisations like us to suspend/cancel events due to further Covid-19 complications, you will be offered a refund or the chance to change the cost of your tickets to a donation or credit to use against future concert.
• In the event of a sold-out venue or sold-out seating area, we may offer a refund if we are able to re-sell your ticket(s). Any such refunds are at the discretion of Music at Oxford’s management.
• Exchanges are offered to Patrons and Benefactors.
• Standard concession tickets are available for anyone under the age of 18, a student, anyone with additional access needs and their carer and Claimants. We currently do not have a concession ticket for those over the age of 65 as this age group forms our core audience.
• All information in our brochure and on our website is correct at the time of going to press; we reserve the right to change the advertised programme, venue or artist(s).
• Music at Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission to any concert, and to remove audience members from any concert in the case of poor behaviour or failure to comply with the requests of concert staff.
• Many of our concerts may not be suitable for children under 6; please call the office if in doubt. Children of all ages are welcome to the annual Family Christmas Concert.
• Music at Oxford reserves the right to refuse admission to any concert-goer who attempts to bring large bags, cases, rucksacks or other types of container to any concert. Any decision to refuse entry shall be at the absolute discretion of Music at Oxford’s management. No refund shall be given under these circumstances.
• Patrons, sponsors, and those with disabilities or additional access needs are entitled to reserved seats which are allocated at the discretion of Music at Oxford.
• Only one discount will be applied to any given ticket. Discounts can only be applied if the terms of the discount is met in a single transaction i.e. a season discount gives a 15% discount when tickets for three or more events are booked in one transaction.
