2026: A year of creative reflection

The eagle eyed amongst you will have noted that we haven’t launched our customary Spring/Summer season yet, which would ordinarily be on sale by now.

That’s because we’re taking the year ahead as a period of creative reflection. We’ve had a wonderful Autumn Season – including the hugely popular Arvo Pärt Festival and the Roopa Panesar concert in the Sheldonian Theatre – and we’re now considering how we can best serve Oxford audiences and how to do so in a financially sustainable way. This sort of blue sky thinking is hard to find time for in our usual busy programme of events, so to enable us the time and space to undertake this we will be delivering concerts mostly through partnerships.

One such will be with Oriel College. Together we will bring you a set of intimate small-scale events over the next year, featuring a superb array of artists. Alongside these concerts, there will be a small number of other events, including our May performance from Mammal Hands which is already on sale.
