PR SPECIALIST

Music at Oxford seeks expressions of interest from PR specialists for our forthcoming festival centred on the music of Arvo Pärt.  The festival dates are 18^th – 26^th November 2022, and it will take place across a number of Oxford venues.

Supported by the Estonian Embassy, artists include the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Raschèr Saxophone Quartet, O/Modernt, and the Carice Singers, among others.  The concerts will feature several UK premieres and will be supplemented by talks, films and more.

The festival will serve as a springboard for our 40^th anniversary in 2023-24; there may therefore be further opportunities for collaboration.

FESTIVAL ADMINISTRATOR

Music at Oxford seeks a freelance administrator to assist with preparations for our festival centred on the music of Arvo Pärt.  The festival dates are 18^th – 26^th November 2022, and it will take place across a number of Oxford venues.

Supported by the Estonian Embassy, artists include the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, Raschèr Saxophone Quartet, O/Modernt and the Carice Singers, among others.  The concerts will feature several UK premieres and will be supplemented by talks, films and more.

The festival will serve as a springboard for our 40^th anniversary in 2023-24; there may therefore be further opportunities for collaboration.

You will be required for one day a week initially, and will need to be able to commit more time as the festival draws near.  We will need you to be available for the entirety of the festival itself, and for most of October and November.

Above all, you will be extremely efficient.  You will also be flexible, passionate about music, and happy to work remotely (or from our central Oxford office as required) as a key member of our small, friendly, and dedicated team.  Rate: £12 per hour.
