Gaz Coombes

Gaz Coombes will play a charity concert at the Sheldonian Theatre to mark the 350th anniversary of Christopher Wren’s iconic building. The former Supergrass frontman and Mercury Prize nominated artist who returns to his home city from UK and US tours and performances on Later… with Jools Holland, The Late Late Show with James Corden and Jimmy Kimmel Live will perform a bespoke set with an orchestra arranged and conducted by composer Luke Lewis. All proceeds from the concert will be donated to two local charities; Yellow Submarine who support people with learning difficulties and the Young Women’s Music Project (YWMP), with Suzy Bowtell of YWMP opening the show.
